Established (10+ Years) Denver Firm Seeking Associate for Employment Law or Complex Commercial
An established firm based with a strong reputation for client service and legal excellence is seeking an Associate in Denver, CO. The ideal person will have experience in Employment Law or Commercial litigation.
Offer:
Salary range between $110,000-$175,000 contingent on experience and billables
Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week

Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Colorado Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocity)
2-5+ years of experience in Employment Law or Commercial litigation
Strong organizational and case management skills
Responsibilities:
Managing employment law and commercial litigation matters, including wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, contract claims, and business torts
Advising clients on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and litigation strategy
Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation-related documents
Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings
Collaborating with partners on case development and trial preparation
Meeting billable hour goals (1200-1750) while delivering high-quality client service
