Position Overview
The Civil Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage various civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver innovative land development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for land development projects.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create detailed design drawings and plans.
Review and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
Strong knowledge of civil site design and land development processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
