What You'll Do
- Guide and mentor our CAS team to deliver stellar accounting and tax services.
- Be the go-to for clients, building strong relationships and keeping them thrilled with our work.
- Review and sign off on financial statements, tax returns, and other key docs with precision.
- Keep us compliant with accounting standards and tax regs-no surprises here!
- Streamline processes and introduce smart practices to keep the team humming.
- Train your crew on the latest accounting tools and tricks (QuickBooks fans, this is your moment).

What You Bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or something close).
- 4+ years in accounting, with solid Client Accounting Services experience.
- A knack for connecting with people-clients and teammates alike.
- Sharp skills in accounting software (QuickBooks expertise is a big plus!) and Microsoft Office.
