We are a leading litigation firm renowned for tackling high-stakes and complex cases with unparalleled passion and relentless advocacy. Our downtown San Diego office is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with a focus on workplace rights to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully litigating workplace rights matters, including cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related issues. We seek an attorney with exceptional attention to detail, strong courtroom and negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality legal work that makes a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience litigating workplace rights cases (wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong courtroom and negotiation skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work with a client-focused approach
  • Licensed to practice law in California (preferred)
