The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully litigating workplace rights matters, including cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related issues. We seek an attorney with exceptional attention to detail, strong courtroom and negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality legal work that makes a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

Qualifications

Proven experience litigating workplace rights cases (wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong courtroom and negotiation skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work with a client-focused approach
Licensed to practice law in California (preferred)
