Job Location: Charlotte, NC (REMOTE)
Job Salary: 70k -100k (DOE) + Bonuses

Based in Charlotte, NC, we provide Family Law expertise throughout the Charlotte metro area. We are passionate and committed to providing our clients the best family law representation.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Family Law Attorney who has 5+ years of experience. Must have experience in custody & child support, divorce, property distribution, and litigation. Must have strong courtroom advocacy and be an active member of the North Carolina State Bar in good standing.
***This position is 100% REMOTE. Must live in the Charlotte, NC area to attend court hearings***

What You Will Be Doing
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child support & custody, property distribution, and other modifications.
- Conduct client consultations, legal guidance, and provide case updates.
- Manage casework, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.
Must Have Skills
1.) 5+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney (Custody, Divorce, Property Distribution, etc.)
2.) Experience in family law procedures and litigation
3.) Active member of the North Carolina State Bar (in good standing)
4.) Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school and strong academic performance.
