Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production planning to meet company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Utilize CAD software for designing and modeling manufacturing systems and components.
  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies to minimize defects and improve process efficiency.
  • Conduct quality control assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead projects focused on automation and robotics integration in manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations in all manufacturing activities.
  • Perform statistical analysis to support manufacturing decision-making and improvements.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or production planning.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Experience with CAD software and design tools.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective project management abilities and experience leading projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis.

Salary - $90,000 - $110,000
