We are a successful, large Steel Fabricator in Nebraska. As our team is growing, we are looking to add a Project Manager in the Omaha area.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for steel fabrication projects.
Coordinate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards in all project activities.
Prepare and present reports on project status to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the steel fabrication or construction industry.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and materials.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
