An established high-end residential construction firm based in Santa Barbara with over 45 years in business is seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in custom home building to oversee day-to-day site operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship in luxury homes.

Offer:

Salary range: $100,000-$130,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end custom residential projects

Strong understanding of building codes, sequencing, and quality control

Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and project managers

Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools

Experience managing multiple subcontractors and vendors on-site

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Ensure safety protocols and building codes are followed

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and daily site logistics

Maintain quality standards and resolve on-site challenges

Communicate with the project team, architects, and clients regarding progress

Track project milestones and keep detailed field reports
