Title: Technical Trainer
Location: Riverside, MO or anywhere near and airport that can travel to HQ routinely (Riverside, MO)
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + 5% bonus
Requirements: Must be willing to travel 75%

We are a global leader in designing and manufacturing advanced, innovative food processing equipment and systems. For over 50 years, our top-tier products have set the benchmark for quality and performance in areas such as vacuum stuffing and pumping, portioning, size reduction, thermal processing, and food handling.

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to help develop and update training material for our equipment. You will also coordinate and facilitate training with our customers both onsite and in the field. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise with machines and equipment, along with the professional skills to create and deliver training programs. While preference is given to local candidates who can work from the office when not traveling, we are open to remote candidates near an airport who can regularly travel to our offices and customer locations.

What You Will Be Doing

The Technical Trainer provides training on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated machinery to customers, agents, affiliates, and internal staff. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, developing syllabi, and testing trainees. Extensive travel is required for on-site training at customer locations and headquarters in Riverside, Missouri, with occasional international travel.

What You Need for this Position

AAS/Bachelors in Electrical, Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or similar field PREFERRED; strong equivalent experience also accepted
Track record in developing and executing successful training classes and programs.
High degree of organizational and time management skills for self and direct reports.
Troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and robotic systems.
Strong Electrical and Mechanical experience; pneumatic + shop skills required
Experience working food processing and/or packaging preferred
PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, 480v, electrical circuitry
Travel up to 75%
Great customer service experience and focus
